Professional guy looking to rent a room in my home which is house located in a nice north RTP neighborhood near Brier Creek. It is near RR Donnelly, LabCorp, IBM, Glaxo (GSK), Bayer, etc. I'm looking to rent either short-term or long-term (rent dependent on term). Already furnished but can be unfurnished. Washer and dryer in the home for you to use. There is also a community pool that you will have access to in season. I'm an easygoing, non-judgmental, private, and respectful guy. People transitioning to the area are welcome. And military/vets are cool, too, as I grew up in a military family. I mostly work from home so I would be around most of the time. Here is what I am looking for:
